Nurse > Nurse > Personal Details
The Personal Details tab records the basic information of each Nurse and is mostly populated when you add a new Nurse on the Edit Nurse screen.
However, there are six additional fields on the Personal Details tab not included in the Edit Nurse screen:
- Pay – There are three options (When a fortnightly pay option is chosen, pays will be taxed using fortnightly tax rates.):
- Pay Every Week
- Pay on Even Fortnights
- Pay on Odd Fortnights
- Test Nurse – Not Included in Payment Summaries. This box should be ticked for test or dummy nurses. This flag will remove the Test Nurse from the PAYG Payment Summary files.
- AWA Reference – Australian Workplace Agreement reference if the Nurse is covered by an AWA.
- Exclude from Mailing Lists – Tick if the Nurse is to be excluded from postal mailing lists.
- GST Registration – Only shown when Contractor ticked. Select either GST registered or not registered.
- Termination Date – If applicable, the date the Nurse terminated employment with your Agency.
Editing Personal Details Information
Personal Details information can be edited on the tab. Or you can select Edit to open the Edit Nurse screen to update the information.
