This year’s developments include:
- The implementation of a built in software updating process, allowing any customisations, or patches to be applied without the need for external access (Unfortunately this module needs to be applied manually for us to be able to use if for next years updates, but next year should be super easy!).
- The current STP Phase 2 requirements, to be activated once confirmation is received from the ATO that the requirements are no longer in draft. ATO target of 1st January 2022.
- Tax table updates
- Quicksign: Check in and check out functionality added to Quicksign with optional timestamping and geolocation verification services
- Quicksign: You can now use tolerances for the distance and time variance from the expected start of a roster, to either update the roster if the real start and end times are within tolerances, or pass the roster through to payroll if exact or near exact to (optional feature)
- Ability to include timesheets in the invoice email to clients. Either upon generation, or by viewing existing invoices.
- Automatic insert of the geo-location of new clients entered or clients that have no address entered
- HPV reporting is available to all Victorian clients that would like it enabled.
- Break times have been accommodated for on in the application of tolerances and these breaks displayed on timesheets
- Time zone adjustments are accommodated for, when staff work across state borders.
- Patient based geo-location services overriding facility geo-codes, allowing home visits to be incorporated in the Quicksign module.
- We have implemented an NDIS Price list import function where you are able to upload the revised price lists as soon as they become available
- Licences can now be applied without the need for remote access from This Planet, your database server will need to have access to our licencing servers, but we shall troubleshoot that with your IT on a case by case scenario as you require licence changes.
- Super Guarantee increases to 10% from 9.5%
