Domestic Violence Leave
Domestic Violence Leave is now available as one of the standard leave types, this is hard coded to accrue as dictated, and can be utilised in the same manner as other leave types.

Split Rosters and Quicksign
Rosters approved via quicksign will now have the signature carry over both sides of the split. Manual splitting of a roster can be done at any stage, prior to or after timesheet approval, by right clicking the roster and selecting "Split Roster". A roster split before approval will now appear in quicksign as two rosters for the timesheet approver to sign, or as two rosters in the rostering screen for your staff to approve prior to payment and invoicing.
Availability Comments
Availability comments added to availabilities submitted by your staff via the web and mobile function will now present in the warnings screen for rosters for that particular day only.

With-hold Patent Mobile Number
When SMSing a roster to a staff member, you now have the option to withhold the patients mobile phone number. This is achieved via toggling the option present under Data Entry > Shift Request and Roster Setup

Feature Request Portal
To improve transparency on our process of selecting and prioritising developments, we have opened all development requests to the client base for public voting and scruitiny. You are able to vote on the developments you would like prioritised and you are able to add further refinements to exisiting requests, or submit your own. Calendar interface
The Calendar Interface is in its first release, this will provide a visual interface to better navigate to your relevant working screen. From here you can immediately get a visual representation on various status' within your database. As you will see from first use, the month view will present metrics relating to a day, filtered by a client or all clients, when you click on on of these numbers you will be taken to the relevant working screen with filters already applied to that same screen. This functionality will be the basis for a complete user interface overhaul, where most standard, everyday tasks are easily identified and navigated to, with filtering applied. Currently in development are a week and a day view also, the week view providing ease of navigation for client centric functions such as a visual on which staff are with which client and the ability to open specific rosters from that view. we are also investigating the development of "Drag & Drop" rostering for staff that meet all mandatory checks/certificates/skills/categories for a particular roster. Student Loan & Leave
Student loan and leave calculations have been enhanced to accommodate for staff that may have unusually large gaps between shifts who then utilise leave without having recent working history. The AWE and OWP will now adapt correctly for this rare situation.
IRD Reporting
We have corrected some bugs in the IRD file that we will also be cross checking at the point of updating, as we received a limited response when we reached out to assist in identifying those impacted by this issue, we will need to take advantage of the updating time to check and correct this issue, if you do have it present. This will mean your end of year files will be correct and no further issues should present.
Web App
Venus Connect, our mobile phone app is now published and available for a demonstration. This app will substantially reduce the cost associated with excessive SMSing and provide a convenient launch pad for the web and mobile functionality.
