CAUSE 1:
The most common cause of printing issues while logged into remote app, Check to make sure you are the only user using your log in credentials in the URL where you initially log into.
CAUSE 2:
Sometimes when printing using universal printer the client won't print. A working pdf reader must be installed to solve this issue. If a pdf reader like Adobe is already installed, then you might need to reinstall it.
Open a control panel, click add/remove programs, then select Adobe acrobat and click repair.
CAUSE 3:
Make sure your antivirus is not preventing the transfer of the print job.
CAUSE 4:
You cannot print directly from HTML5, this is a limitation enforced by the developers of internet browsers, and is considered a standard security measure.
CAUSE 5:
TSplus sends the document to the default printer of the user, if you do not have your printer configured as the default, you will not be able to print to it.
CAUSE 6:
Printing form the virtual desktop is not supported. We can only support printing when using the print instructions from within our applications (i.e. directly printing reports etc.).
CAUSE 7:
Other unknown local machine issues may require the uninstallation of the remote access client and the re-installation of that client back into your system. The file to remove will resemble the below:

A re-install with then be prompted after a PC reset and another attempt to load the URL to log into the server.
