- Nurses already rostered on the shift type being rated i.e. am, pm, night
- Hospital preferences for Nurses
- Nurse Skills
- Nurse preferences for Hospitals
- Patient preferences for Nurses
- Language match with Nurse and Patient
- Nurse preferences for Hospital Category
- Department
- Nurse department experience
- Nurse department exclusion
- Hospital availability filters e.g. gender and drivers’ license, if required
- Nurse comments on availability for a shift
- Nurse experience at the Hospital
- How recently the Nurse worked at the Hospital and
- Compliance Management settings must be met for a Nurse to be included in rating results.
