Hospital > Hospital > Details
This tab records the basic information about the hospital and most of the information is recorded when inserting a new Hospital in the Edit Hospital screen.
However, there are three additional fields on the Hospital Details Tab that are not included in the Edit Hospital screen:
- Check Drivers Licence Expiry – Tick this box for Venus to check that each Nurse has a current Driver’s License for each shift. A warning message will appear if a Nurse being rostered on a shift for this Hospital does not have a current driver’s licence.
- Notify on Roster Nurse Change – If ticked, a reminder appears when a nurse rostered onto a shift is changed.
- Nurse on Q – Tick if the hospital is a Nurse on Q agency.
- Hospital Rating – select your internal rating applied to this Hospital.
Editing Hospital Details
You can update the Hospital Details information on the tab, or you can select Edit from the Summary, Details or Invoice Details tabs to open the Edit Hospital screen.
