Data Entry > Balance Migration
The Balance Migration screen records information used in the PAYG Payment Summaries.
Balance Migration is only used when Venus is introduced part-way through a financial year AND you choose to issue the one PAYG Payment Summary from Venus rather than one from your old system and one from Venus.
You will need to add the Nurse, Gross Payment and PAYG Withholding Tax totals for the financial year from your old system into the Balance Migration screen.
The Gross Payment and PAYG Withholding Tax amounts recorded in Balance Migration will be included in the PAYG Payment Summaries issued by Venus.
Note: This function does not enable you to include allowances.
