The Company Details screen records information about your business used in the company details block on Nurse Payslips and Hospital invoices.
ABN - The ABN (Australian Business Number) of your Business.
ABN Company Name - Registered name of your business.
Database Office - Main office or the branch office of the database where multiple databases are installed. The Database Office name is displayed on the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Title - The Title is your business name to be used on the payslips and invoices. It can be different from the ABN name.
Address, Suburb, State and Postcode - Printed on payslips and invoices.
Phone, Fax, Email - Printed on payslips and invoices.
ATO Authorised Person, ATO Contact Person, ATO Contact Phone, ATO Trading Name – This information is used on the Payment Summaries.
To update Company Details, over type as required.
