HTML5
The HTML5 option is to be used for those scenarios where access is required on any device in any location. HTML5 will launch your Venus or Jupiter environment as if it were a website, as such any files created in this mode will need to be downloaded to your local environment for correct use and storage outside of the website environment.
RemoteApp
RemoteApp will be used in the scenario where you are working on a windows-based environment, and wish to utilise the software and services of that machine. For example, if you have networked drives where you store your documentation, this is the option you would choose. OR, if you have PDF viewers, Microsoft office applications on your machine you wish to use, then you would select this option also.
Launching RemoteApp
When you first select RemoteApp as an option, you will be presented with an option to install a plugin. You will need to do this. You will be presented with the standard Windows confirmation screens asking if you wish to install the file, Say yes to all.
