You can customise labels throughout the application to better reflect your environment e.g.: you may be an aged care facility and prefer the label ‘facility’ over ‘hospital’. You may have aged care workers and prefer the label ‘service providers’ over ‘nurses’. You may prefer the label ‘client’ over ‘patient’.
Hospital Label
- Type in the name to replace the Hospital Label throughout Venus. Active on next login.
Nurse Label
- Type in the name to replace the Nurse Label throughout Venus. Active on next login.
Patient Label
- Type in the name to replace the Nurse Label throughout Venus. Active on next login.
Nurse on Q
- Set to “Yes” if registered with Nurse on Q (only applicable to QLD Facilities).
Nurse on Q Email Address
- Type in the supplied Nurse on Q Email Address (required if registered with Nurse on Q).
“Find Name” from Name Start
This sets how the “Find First” function will work on Nurses, Hospitals and Patients.
- Yes – Searches from the first letter in a name.
- No – Searches on text within a name.
Default New Hospital Status
- Select the status for all new Hospitals, Pre-active or Active. Pre-active Hospitals are not included in the rating or rostering process.
Default New Nurse Status
- Select the status for all new Nurses, Pre-active or Active. Pre-active Nurses are not included in the rating or rostering process.
Auto create audit note when status changed
- If set to Yes, a note will be added to the Nurse detailing the time stamp and the user
