OHS / WHS Summary Type

Data Entry > Types > OH&S Summary Types

The OH&S Summary Type tab records the specific type of OH&S incident that occurred e.g.: injured back lifting a patient.

Adding an OH&S Summary Type

To add an OH&S Summary Type –

1. Select Insert on the toolbar.
2. Sort Order – The order the OH&S Summary Type will appear in the drop-down menus.
3. OHS Summary – Name or description of the OH&S requirement.
4. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Editing an OH&S Summary Type

To edit an OH&S Summary Type -

1. Highlight the OH&S Summary Type to be edited.
2. Overtype as required.
3. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Deleting an OH&S Summary Type

You cannot delete an OH&S Summary Type
