Patient Services

Data Entry > Types > Patient Services

The Patient Services tab records the type of services your agency provides to individual clients and patients.

Patient Services only applies to agencies with the Patients Module.

Adding a Patient Service Type

To add a Patient Service Type –

1. Select Insert on the toolbar.
2. Sort Order – The order the Patient Service will appear in the drop-down menus.
3. Patient Service – The Care Service.
4. Description – A description, if required.
5. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Editing a Patient Service Type

To edit a Patient Service Type -

1. Highlight the Patient Service Type to be edited.
2. Overtype as required.
3. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Deleting a Patient Service Type

To delete a Patient Service type –

1. Highlight the Patient Service Type to be deleted.
2. Select Delete from the toolbar.
