Note Types

Data Entry > Types > Note Types

The Note Types tab records the types of notes that will be recorded for Nurses, Hospitals and Patients.

The Hospital and Nurse Notes Report has a filter that allows you to select the type of notes for a Hospital or Nurse.

Adding a Note Type

To add a Note Type –

1. Select Insert on the toolbar.
2. Sort Order – The order the Note Types will appear in the drop-down menus.
3. Note Type – The name of the Note Type.
4. The information will be saved when you leave the tab.

Editing a Note Type

To edit a Note Type -

1. Highlight the Note Type to be edited.
2. Overtype as required.
3. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Deleting a Note Type

You cannot delete a Note Type.
