OHS / WHS Status Types

Data Entry > Types > OH&S Status Types

The OH&S Status Types tab records the status of the OH&S incident e.g.: under investigation, report only etc.

Adding an OH&S Status Type

To add an OH&S Status Type –

1. Select Insert on the toolbar.
2. Sort Order – The order the OH&S Status Type will appear in the drop-down menus.
3. OHS Status Type – Status of the OH&S incident.
4. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Editing an OH&S Status Type

To edit an OH&S Status Type -

1. Highlight the OH&S Status Type to be edited.
2. Overtype as required.
3. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Deleting an OH & S Status Type

You cannot delete an OH&S Status Type
