Shift Request Unfilled Reasons

Data Entry > Types > SR Unfilled Reasons

 The Shift Request Unfilled Reasons Type tab records the reasons why a shift could not be filled. When a Multiple Shift Request is marked as unfilled you select the appropriate Shift Request Unfilled Reason.

Adding a SR Unfilled Reason Type

To add a SR Unfilled Reason –

1. Select Insert on the toolbar.
2. Sort Order – The order the SR Unfilled Reasons will appear in the drop-down menus.
3. Shift Request Unfilled Reason – The reason why the shift could not be filled.
4. Description – if required.
5. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Editing a SR Unfilled Reason Type

To edit a SR Unfilled Reason Type -

1. Highlight the reason to be edited.
2. Overtype as required.
3. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Deleting a SR Unfilled Reason Type

You cannot delete a SR Unfilled Reason type.
