Patient Rating

Data Entry > Types > Patient Rating

The Patient Rating tab records the internal rating scale allocated to your Patients.

Adding a Patient Rating Type

To add a Patient Rating Type –

1. Select Insert on the toolbar.
2. Sort Order – The order the Patient Rating Type will appear in the drop-down menus.
3. Rating – The internal rating scale.
4. Description – A description, if required.
5. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Editing a Patient Rating Type

To edit a Patient Rating Type -

1. Highlight the Patient Rating Type to be edited.
2. Overtype as required.
3. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Deleting a Patient Rating Type

You cannot delete a Patient Rating Type.
