Nurse Rating

Data Entry > Types > Nurse Rating

The Nurse Rating tab records the internal rating scale allocated to your Nurses.

Adding a Nurse Rating Type

To add a Nurse Rating Type –

1. Select Insert on the toolbar.
2. Sort Order – The order the Nurse Rating Type will appear in the drop-down menus.
3. Rating – The internal rating scale.
4. Description – A description, if required.
5. *Colour – Select a colour for the Rating Type. Nurse names will be displayed in the colour that matches their rating on the single and multiple shift rating screens.
6. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Editing a Nurse Rating Type

To edit a Nurse Rating Type -

1. Highlight the Nurse Rating Type to be edited.
2. Over type as required.
3. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Deleting a Nurse Rating Type

You cannot delete a Nurse Rating Type.
