Data Entry > Types > Contacts
The Contacts tab records the contact methods or contact records you need to maintain for Nurses, Hospitals and Patients.
Adding a Contact Type
To add Contact Type –
- Select Insert on the toolbar.
- Sort Order – The order the Contact Types will appear in the drop-down menus.
- Contact Type – The type of Contact, e.g. Mobile, Residential Address, Accounts Department, Next of Kin.
- Contact Reports – Select which contact telephone numbers are displayed on the Nurse Types with Contacts Report and the Hospital Phone Contacts Report. A maximum of 4 contacts can be displayed on each report.
- The information is saved when you leave the tab.
Editing a Contact Type
To edit a Contact Type -
- Highlight the Contact Type to be edited.
- Overtype as required.
- The information is saved when you leave the tab
Deleting a Contact Type
You cannot delete a Contact Type.
