Grade / Rate Level

Data Entry > Types > Grade/Rate Level

The Grade / Rate Levels tab records the nursing grades or levels. 

Adding a Grade/Rate Level

To add a Grade/Rate Level -

1. Select Insert on the toolbar.
2. Sort Order – The order the Grade/Rate Levels will appear in the drop-down menus.
3. Rate Level – The Grade or Rate Level.
4. Description – A description, if required.
5. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Editing a Grade/Rate Level

To edit a Grade/Rate Level -

1. Highlight the Grade/Rate Level to be edited.
2. Overtype as required.
3. The information is saved when you leave the tab.

Deleting a Grade/Rate Level

You cannot delete a Grade/Rate Level.
