If allowances for a shift were omitted a Roster Entry Amendment increasing the next invoice for the Hospital and increasing the next payslip for the Nurse is required.
Enter a duplicate shift for the same Date, Nurse, Hospital, Shift, Department, Start and End Times. Make the following changes to the roster –
- Change the Chargeable time to 0.00
- Record the omitted allowances.
- The correcting entry on the payslip and invoice will show the original shift details with 0.00 chargeable hours and detail the allowances charged to the Hospital and the allowances paid to the Nurse.
