Upgrade Application

The Upgrade button is enabled for only the Security Administrator.

 

Transfer the latest application files from ThisPlanet’s update server to yours.

Download

  • This download should be executed on the database server.
  • This button will download the latest application files from ThisPlanet’s update server to your database server and files will be saved in your application folder temporarily, so the user must have ‘Write’ privileges to that folder.

When logged in again:

Backup Database

  • This backup should be executed on the database server.
  • A live database backup will be executed so users don’t need to log out. However we recommend that all users log out to ensure the latest data is saved in the backup files.

 

ODBC Configuration

Run ODBC Data Sources (32-bit) using ‘%windir%\syswow64\odbcad32.exe’ on Command Prompt or under Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools.
